I wonder some things regarding e-mail configuration. I have set up two mail accounts and the /etc/postfix/virtusertable looks like: 1. When logging in to webmail I'm forced to use the full email adress instead of user id but in Thunderbird forces use of the user id. Is this correct behaviour? 2. Why is it so many entries in the virtusertable file and what do they represent? 3. The initial setup in the UebiMiau webmail was e.g. Real Name = Web2_info Email address = [email protected] instead of the entered values in ISPConfig. Is this something that could be fixed? (squirrelmail doesn't have no information as default)
1) Thats correct. 2) Because ISPConfig creates a alias for every domain of the website and the username of the user. 3) To change thsis behaviour, you will have to change the UebiMiau sourcecode.
