Okay I have opened the ports on my DSL router, I have also set up my e-mail accounts. Now, I go to www.1and1.com (who has my domain name registration) How do I now set up my e-mail server my web page is www.missionnicaragua.net How do I fill in the blanks if I am going to be my own e-mail server?
