Hi, Finally i have put my server in a DC. but I run into some troubles. At home I was able to view the boot proces trough the serial console and could change everything with my keyboard over putty. If I now log in to my serial console (server in DC) I dont see the boot proces. The support told me to install getty. I found this tutorial. But my qustion will this work with my ISPC3 perfect set-up? Because the fist command mentioned already does not work. Code: root@server:~# dmesg | grep tty I know my serial port ttyS0 so its no problem but I ask just to be sure not to mess things up.
