Setting up RAID

I have two hard drives and I want one to make a constant back up of the other (RAID?). I installed Ubuntu and ISPConfig on one of the drives. Is there a good tutorial for how to set up RAID? thanks.

But you should be aware that RAID1 is no backup. If someone deletes a file, it will be deleted on both drives. RAID1 is helpful if a drive dies - the system can work on by using the other drive.

 

Is there a tutorial for creating an automatic back-up of changes on the other hard drive? That's more what I'm looking for, I guess. Thanks.

Can rsync duplicate the entire drive (databases and all)? I'd actually like to sync it to the other drive on the same machine.
