According to the script, FTP and email system are up and running. Which exact error message do you get in thunderbird and your FTP client. And which tutorial did you use to install the server.

By having certbot, it looks you manually install your server though ISPConfig now use its official auto installer to do the same thing. I am not sure about mail server, but for your ftp try restarting it and check if there is any error in its status after it has been restarted. Point of my interest, what is your hostname -f and did you connect to your ftp server via that fqdn.
