    Hi,
I am trying to ssh but I am getting the message
    Server refused our key
I tried with different key ssh1 or ssh2; without key... with or without jailkit but always having the same answer.
ISPConfig is installed on OVH Public Cloud.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

Did you add the SSH user in ISPConfig? Does it work when you use the password?

    yes, under Shell-User, I added a shell-user with SSH-RSA Key (ssh1 and ssh2) and without key
I try to login with the correct username (which include the client username) but i am always getting the error:
even when I use the password only (without key) it is not working.

I wonder why you get an error message about a key when you do not use a key. Delete the shell user, then create it again and don't add a key. Try to login with that new user by using the password.

I guess it was a putty configuration issue. I tried from an Ubuntu computer and it worked! Thanks
