Shell user with access to all vhosts?

    Hi all.. I would like to give my developer a shell account that has rw access to all of my vhosts..

    What is the best way to do this?

    Can you just create a new shell user without the jailkit?

    give im the root password.
    if u dont trust them just hire another developer :)
