Should Step 9 now be "Install Rspamd, SpamAssassin..."?

    Hi all.

I'm just now installing a new Debian 10 VM with ISPConfig 3.1.15. The blog post from Sep 4th about the 3.1.15 release says that Rspamd "replaces amavis as the default spam filter in ISPConfig". The installation instructions, however, still say to install amavisd-new in Step 9. Should that be changed to rspamd?

    Thanks

We will update tutorials in the next weeks to use rspamd. Amavisd is still fully supported, so the existing guides are working fine.

    Thanks Till.
So it is safe to assume that I can just replace "amavisd-new" with "rspamd" in that long apt-get install command in Step 9?

    Cool. That worked fine. Thanks.
Since I'm just now installing this box, should I use unbound instead of bind9? Is unbound going to be the standard name server for ISPConfig from now on?

No, unbound is not a DNS server, it's a dns proxy. If you would skip bind, then you would not be able to manage DNS in ISPConfig.
