    So i rebooted and mail seems to work for the moment...
    but now i see for one domain "mail loops back to myself" 2box.ca my hostname is mx1.2box.ca and in postfix myhostname is that too...

    Ok, so first start to check why clamav server is not running on your system anymore. try to start it and then check if it is running and if it does not start, then check the clamav logs to find out why.

    Ensure that the server hostname is also listed as myhostname in postfix main.cf and in the mydestination line in postfix main.cf.

    ok was not listed in mydestination in main.cf, i added it:

    root@mx1:/var/log/clamav# grep mydest /etc/postfix/main.cf
    mydestination = mx1.2box.ca localhost, localhost.localdomain

    root@mx1:/var/log/clamav# grep myhos /etc/postfix/main.cf
    myhostname = mx1.2box.ca

    root@mx1:/var/log/clamav# cat /etc/hostname
    mx1.2box.ca
