Hello, To make a backup of one of my site, I did proceed as show on a tutorial from the web : I selected chosen site I opened the backup tab I selected the "weekly" backup option I chose to create 1 copy and I did click on the "save" button Then the red signal occured, so I knew the backup was run and saved Afterwards, and even after reloading the page (backup tab), nothing was displayed in the table for "Existing backup“, so I can't restore or download the backup. Although the backup is shown as active under the tab "Backup Stats“ from the left menu. Can any body help me to know what was done wrong, or if this way to backup is still available ? Regards,
No, not a backup was run. What you did is that you informed the system that you like to have a weekly backup and ISPConfig will now create a backup once per week. A weekly backup is created once a week and not immediately of course.
