Site in DNS tree???

    I don't know how this was happen, but yesterday I was found in DNS manager site one of my customers... He just added new site, and nobody knows how this site was saved as new domain in dns tree. Unfortunately if I try delete this and remove it from trash I see only error message...

    Did the customer check "Create DNS" when he created the site in ISPConfig?

    Yes, but as I think this is normal procedure? Generally it should not be the reason of creating site in DNS tree... I have many customers, and this is first situation.
    I don't know whether this is important, but this customer has reseller permissions...

    This is a good design of the ISPconfig -- it saves my time so that the DNS records are created automatically when I create a new domain.
