Hi, I've just installed ispconfig because i've changed server. I've followed the perfect server tutorial with debian 10 and everything wents ok but when i tried to send a mail with rouncube, a pop up told me error SMTP - 1 the server is unreachable. I've checked in ispconfig page and SMTP seem to be online... What can i do? Francesco
In /etc/roundcube/config.inc.php Default_host is set to localhost Smtp_server is set to localhost Smtp_port is set to 25 Smtp_user is set to %u Smtp_pass is set to %p It's all correct? Roundcube is still in error
I have an update, i tried a reboot, now roundcube told me connection timed out an also ftp. I dont know what to do. I tried a speedtest, but my server connection is fast. It's a huge problem for me. Should i try to reload/delete cache of ispconfig? If yes, how can i do it? Thanks
Your issue is not directly related to ISPConfig, its a connection problem between roundcube, postfix and dovecot, so there is no cache from ispconfig involved. How much RAM does the server has? And run the test script: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/
