    Hi...I am running 3.1.12.
I have a fax server that accepts SMTP emails as faxes, so any registered usesr can basically send an email to "[email protected]" to send a fax.
I want to take this a bit further so it would accept external (registered) users...for example "[email protected]"
"companyname.com" is registered as a client/Domain in ISPConfig.
I am not sure how to set this up in ISPConfig...I've tried:
    - define "fax.companyname.com" Domain AND THEN define an Email Routing https://i.imgur.com/LUJRi4r.png
    - DON'T define the Domain, but keep the Email Routing configuration
neither of these worked.../var/log/mail.log doesn't show anything either...
    Looking for some guidance/thoughts/advice...greatly appreciated!!

When you use email routing, then don't add that domain as email domain, add it just under email routing and then add the addresses that the route shall accept under relay recipients.

Hi till, thanks for your time responding.
I am confused because I don't see the things you referenced in the portal...I don't see "relay recipients"...

Relay recipients are in the menu on the left side in the mail module.
