Ensure that the reverse dns record of your IP address is the hostname of the server. It does not matter how many websites you host on this server as the hostname of the server exists only once on each server and this is not ispconfig specific.
I would do that if I could my provider sets the reverse dns name bound with the modem, it looks like: do you see any chance to override the reverse dns name? best regards + thanks a lot
