smtpd &| pop3d problem

    [solved] smtpd &| pop3d problem

    Hello,

    OS: CentOS 4.4 32Bit
    ISPConfig: 2.2.9

    MTA : postfix
    pop3d: dovecot

    Situation as follows:
    Main domain (. and www. httpd) are hosted on another box.
    the mail. domain is routed to this ispconfig box.

    problem was
    myhostname in main.cf not set
    probably installed ispconfig with wrong hostname

    /var/www/maillog

    deleted logfile for security reasons

    well i guess i should've created a support topic with less lengthy logfile...

    will try to update to 2.2.10 and see what happens, probably nothing

    ok installed 2.2.10
    AND
    set myhostname in main.cf

    postfix reload
    and BAM smtp is delivering mails
    pop wasn't the problem anyway.

    logs will be deleted for security reasons
