Just to inform: I installed Softaculous Beta on my Server and it works, with 1 error. To go back to the Control Panel isn't working yet. I'm in touch with the developer and they'll work on it and ASAP I'll inform about changes. Thanks for reading.
OK, Softaculous is now working fully on my server: Also the problem with the go back to CP is solved now. As I own a Premium License ALL script's are now available for me and also user of my server and that's more than 300 script's! By the way, the service from Softaculous is just excellent and also includes direct chat via Skype and remote service. Could very much recommend those company!
Do you have a single server ISPConfig setup or multiuser? Wondering if it will support multiuser. Thanks!

Quaxth, Does it get installed on ispconfig manager server in a multiserver setup or on each webserver. We have a distributed setup with a separate ispconfig manager and 3 separate web servers and not quite sure from the docs. Thanks!
As I stated, I'v a single server only with multiple clients and domains. Softaculous is accessible for any client of my server. If you need more infos, please contact Softaculous support. This is still in Beta Stage and you may could also give the support some more ideas.
I'd setup OwnCloud via Softaculous on my server now and that works great. One point should be mentioned: xCache should be disabled because that has problems with OwnCloud. Will report that to the OwnCloud developer as kinda Bug. I started already to sync most needed Documents, Apps and Files between the server and my desktop for to be accessible from any place I go. Till now I refused to use Cloud because of security of my data for not to have full control over it. That has changed with OwnCloud running on my own server so I keep 100% control of everything.
Softaculous and Ioncube Not sure if it's the right thread... I tried to install Softaculous on my Ispconfig 3.0.5.3 but i get this error: Site error: the file <b>/usr/local/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php</b> requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so to be installed by the website operator.
