As far as I know, it works with ISPConfig single servers etups but not multiserver setups. But I have not used it personally.
there is another option...Installatron has an online installer that is both free, and installs a large range of scripts remotely. I have used this on Vestacp and it worked perfectly...whilst i havent yet tried it, i assume this would also work with ISPConfig too. All a client has to do, is register on installatron's website and away they go! No need for having any one click installer on the server at all this way!
