[solved] Change all DNS-TTLs at once

Hi Forum !!
I want to change the TTL for all A-Records that are pointing to a given IP from 3600 to 450 in DNS to prepare an IP-Change.
How can i do this without clicking through all the records?
Perhaps i can manipulate the Table "dns_rr" inside the ispconfig Database, but is there way to force ISPC to do whatever is needed to process the changes and to inform the slave DNS-Server?

I think change in database then resync dns service should work.
