Hello. I have domain galaxy-spiritus.com. I create mailbox in ISPconfig (Roundcube). I can receive email from other internet mails but cant send mail to them. Local sending working fine, can send email myself. Where problem? how to fix it, help.

Most likely your internet access provider blocks outgoing connections on port 25. Solutions against such blockings are: a) get a server or vserver that is in a datacenter. b) use an email relay server to relay outgoing emails (see System > Server config > mail settings).
I wrote a letter to the provider with a request to open port 25 . Now all is well , the port is open . Thanks for the tip !
