I've installed my server with the perfect server tutorial https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...l-pureftpd-bind-postfix-doveot-and-ispconfig/ and I'm using mariadb for my database. I can't log into phpmyadmin. I only get error: #1698 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration failed. When I try to access roundcube I get: DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! Unable to connect to the database! Please contact your server-administrator. EDIT: I can access it over floating IP when I'm on the second node (where I installed ISPConfig last) but not if I'm on the first. You probbably can't help me with this, but I really hope you can. Both servers have same passwords. EDIT2: Roundcube works. needed to copy the password form /etc/roundcube/debian-db.php. Need to fix phpmyadmin. EDIT3: It was the same. Hade to change it in /etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php
