some people receiving 4-5 mails from a user

Hello i'm using Ispconfig 3.2.0 and debian lenny
The problem is that some users receive an email 2-7 times, but not all the users.
If i send an email to gmail it is ok , it is received only once
If i send an email to a user on the server ( but not all the users ) it receives it 5-7 times. From other users 2-3 times.

bertrand is sending an email to andrei , and he is receiving it for 6 times
If bertrand is sending an email and andrei is in CC everything is ok he receives only one email.

 

problem resolved,
there was duplicates in the sorting rules.
