Some problems after upgrade OS lenny to squeeze

Hi Guys:
I've had a number of problems when migrating from lenny to squeeze:
1) Apache2:
From the panel I can not make changes to the configuration of the vhost.
I can not restart apache with /etc/init.d/apache2 restart, , restart only by apache2ctl restart
I also encountered errors like the following:
ps aux |grep apache

Im set apache2.conf LogLevel debug, but not only reveals the following:

Is true in this case I have two process that appear to be blocked:

when I kill the process:
kill -9 29019
Kill -9 30550
And restart apache whit /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

and return to work but still can not save changes to the virtualhost

 

Every time you make changes such as creating a subdomain ispconfig apache restart it. This is correct right?
I noticed that every time I change the other apache processes no longer work.
The only apache process that remains running is:

It may be a fault in the daemon /etc/init.d/apache2 or /etc/apache2/envvars?
