some wierd issue

    In all of our text anything with quotes surrounding the words have been replaced with questions marks. I.E. one of our terms and conditions pages says "as is". when you view it on the site it says ?as is? does anyone know what would cause this? it will do it on any site on the server also.

    This looks like a locale issue. Plaese try to enable the appropriate default charset for your language in your apache.conf / apache2.conf file.

    When you open the file on the shell with e.g the editor vi, do you get questionmarks too?
