SOS! Needs help - how to get files into customers webdir ISPConfig31

Hi,

I need some help getting files from my old ISPconfig server to my new and clean installation Ubuntu 18.04.2 ISPconfig 3.1

I can't FTP to the server! it's impossible. I've tried all night and I'm between a rock and a hard place here. I've tried testing the server on FTPnet without luck. I've tried MC Midnight Commander to se if I could Command Line FTP to the server. No luck!
I know that its possible to copy files over SSH. This may work, but do I ruin anything by doing this? If not, whats the path to the customers/websites?? I can see paths in the CP in ISPconfig3.1, can these be used?

Please help me... Any help will be greatly appreciated..
