    Hi,

i hope somebody can give me an hint for this:

I use transport on a ispconfig3-server to route messages from internet into my lan, the mails get also on the ispconfig3 server filtered by amavis.

unfortunately there are some e-mail tagged as spam but they are no spam.

so i would like to set exceptions for this sender, the whiteliste seems to work only for mailboxes on the ispconfig-server.

my qestion: can i set address for sender on whitelist that will work for transport roules?

    thank you very much.

    kind regards,
    hal

The whitelists will also work for transports. But have you configured amavis to read the rules out of the database for the email domains that you use in the transport? If not, the whitelist will not apply.

You will have to add a record for every domain or user under spamfilter > user / domain and select which spamfilter rule shall apply to it. It is required that you select "local = yes".
