with ps -ef |grep spam I see the running process auf spamassassin :
with ps -ef |grep clam I see the running process auf clamAV
I've enabled the function for spamassassin and clamAV in the user email-account and in the ISPManager for Mail.

Unfortunately I don't see anything in the mail-header that could tell me somthing about the scanningprocess.

Is there something what I've to do that the work properly?

That's your system's SpamAssassin, not the one coming with ISPConfig.

Can you post such a header here?

Did you enable the spamfilter for this account in ISPConfig and not only the mailfilter?
