    hello all,
i have a Feisty fawn server, i have installed Spamasssassin in order to filter my emails..
    i have followed instructions here

    http://townx.org/blog/elliot/simple_spamassassin_setup_with_postfix_and_dovecot_on_ubuntu_breezy

then i have sent 2 junk email from the Spam folder of my gmail account, but
it looks like spamassassin hasnt worked as mail was received normally..
additionally, there are no logs in the /var/log/spamassassin folder

could anyone help me out on how to setup it properly?

    thanks in advance and regards
    marco

Did you check the headers of the received emails if SpamAssassin wrote something there?
Are there any signs of SpamAssassin in your mail log?
