Dear, an our customer ask us to setup a freaking amazing aggressive antispam policy (i mean....tag level 2: -0.7). So now that customer is trying to setup some whitelist (oh really?). But it's look like that the email address of the whitelist, can't pass through the antispam, and they are still filtered. So my questione...whitelist it's "over" the antispam policy, or however the mail that comes from whitelist are still checked by the antispam? Thank's
The mails wil go trough the check in any case, but the whitelist should influence on the tagging (the spam tag, not the score tag). You can try to set a higher debug level in amavisd, then you should see in detail in the mail.log what happens.
