SPF/TXT record modification problem as user

Dear,

if I try to login as user/customer on ISPCONFIG and then modify a SPF/TXT record of DNS zone, i'll get a forbidden, and a force to use "SPF button" in order to update the SPF record.
But our customers want modify directly the TXT record, as us as admin can do.
There is something to change?
