Sporatic Logging?

I can't figure out what in the world is going on with my logging. It seems to have rolled over on 7/5 and logging appears to have not resumed after. I'm looking at one of the logs for the sites in its default directory...

    /var/www/web8/log/2007/07/web.log

The file has a date of today and a time of 00:30. Running a tail -f on it while hitting the web site does not log anything at all. I've rebooted the box without any change.

Any ideas? This is a debian box with a standard ISPConfig installation following the howto from this site.

Thats ok. the logs are splitted nightly, you dont have a real time logging to these files.

So it logs somewhere else and then drops the data into these files? where is the real-time logging at?

    The directory is: /var/log/httpd/
