Squirrel Mail and SSL

During my last install, apparently something I setup added a self signed certificate to squirrel mail. I would like to turn off the squirrel mail under each domain and use one domain (server's domain) such as email.example.com which would then have a godaddy SSL installed on it. Then everyone can use that as the web portal and I can redirect email.thierdomain.com to my domain so they can check it.

Can someone help me with setting up the squirrel mail on the subdomain, and disable it on from the normal example.com/webmail?

Also can someone help with installing the GoDaddy cert on this new squirrelmail setup?

    CentOS 6 & ISPConfig 3

There must be a SquirrelMail configuration file somewhere in /etc/httpd/conf or /etc/httpd/conf.d where you must comment out the /webmail alias. Restart Apache afterwards.

I suggest you then create a new website like webmail.example.com where you install a new instance of SquirrelMail manually.
