Squirrelmail encoding problem

Hi guys, i have problem. I live in Lithuania, we are using special symbols: ąčęėįšųūž.
Installation is fresh https://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-...2-php-mysql-pureftpd-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3
Now i attached some pictures.
1. (options-English language selected, good characters in subject):

3. I pressed Reply...

4. I switched to Lithuanian language in options, sent the same email, now i see empty subject, can't go inside email:

5. Sent to this mail box new email without lithuanian letters in Subject:

6. Pressed Subject:

7. And pressed Reply. No more lithuanian letters again:


Question: it is possible to reply to emails with lithuanian letters without problems with encoding (with default English language in Display Options)?

 

Or maybe better way is removing squirrelmail and installing Roundcube?
