I created SSH user on old website. I was expecting the username to be customername_ssh, but it became default_ssh. Seems I can not even change the prefix. The username in form is shown as "[CLIENTNAME] | ..." when creating the new SSH user.
If I try to create a second user for that website ISPConfig complains "The username must be unique.", so it is again trying to create default_ssh.
How to get customername_ instead of default_ as the prefix?

Most likely the website is owned by the admin user and not a client. The prefix (clientname replacement) of the admin user is 'default'.
