SSL and sub domain does'nt want to work

Hello,

I try different solution to activate my subdomain with ssl inside Isp. It does'nt work.
I dont undestand why
CGI => X
SSI => X
SuEXEC =>X
Auto-Subdomain =>None
SSL => does'nt want
Let's Encrypt SSL => does'nt want
PHP =>PHP-FPM

How to resolve this point ?

Inside my domain.com I create a A entry wi this element to create my subdomain
Hostname : demo.mydomain.com.
ttl : 3600
Active

Note : mydomain.com works in ssl and let encrypt without problem
ownercheck is declared
