Setup: Ubuntu 16.04 Server ISPConfig Version: 3.1.11 If i enable the SSL checkbox for a domain and submit the form, the checkbox for ssl is empty again on the next view. openssl is installed, certificates are generated under SSL. Any Ideas?
Has been ansered in so many threads already, here is also an FAQ: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/lets-encrypt-error-faq.74179/
doesnt solve my problem, since i dont use letsencrypt for now, i just want to see that ispconfig is setting up the ssl with the self sigend certificate. since i seems to save my settings (ssl checkbox), but it doesnt this looks like a bug?
No. If it would be a bug, then SSL won't work on a few hundred thousand servers. But as it works on all these servers, this is not a bug, its a config issue on your server. https://www.faqforge.com/linux/debugging-ispconfig-3-server-actions-in-case-of-a-failure/
