    Hi all,
today my certificate for one domain as expired. I've change the Value in the row under SSL but when I Save a Certificate, it's take a certificate for another site on the same host.
I've try to delete and regen with Let's encrypt but I get not trusted from it.
My SSL CA is in 3file crt p7b and ca-bundle

So you got a new SSL cert from the SSL authority, you replaced the existing cert in the SSL certificate field with the new SSL cert that you got, selected 'save certificate' as action, and then pressed the save button? If you did these steps and an SSL cert from another site showed up, then most likely the new SSL cert was rejected by the webserver. Maybe you used a different CSR to issue the new cert, which means that you are using the wrong key now.

I've follow the steps you indicate but somethings wrong. There's a place where the certificate was installed? I'll try to check if old is removed

The removal of the old one is not the problem. As I mentioned in my previous post, the issue occurs when you used a different CSR to issue the new cert which means that you invalidated the key.

The SSL folder of the site. If you want to test it, then you must check that the key file in that folder is valid for the crt file.
