SSL Certs from letsencrypt.

Hi,
Does anyone know how to use SSL Certs from https://letsencrypt.org/ in ispconfig?
SSL Certs from https://letsencrypt.org/ only last for 90days now. It may go shorter in the future. So the only way to keep the SSL certs updated is by using their automatic updating script.
Wondering how to setup the SSL certs from https://letsencrypt.org/ using automatic update in a ispconfig enviroment.
