Hello Notice I French (so sorry for my English) and not a developper so doesn't know Linux or how to access to the code. I have dedicated server and ISPConfig 3.1 install on it till 2 or 3 years. Till yesterday, the principal site www.virtualmagie.com lose is SSL (expire). So in the panel, I delete it and recreate another one. And after save it, the site go directly to the the first one alphabetic order one of the server (same thing for agencejoseph.com). I try to uncheck the SSL + Encrypt cases but no change. I still have this error message : Code: CONFIGURATION ERROR 27-04-2018 01:28 : Job for apache2.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status apache2.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details. What are the SIMPLE solutions for me? Regards
This happens when the new site got no SSL. Was the old ssl cert a letsencrypt ssl cert as well? First,you have to find out why apache is failing to start. use the commands mentioned in the error message and take a look into the global apache error.log file.
As I told I not a dev so I couldn't answer! Same thing. I have no clue how to do that. It is possible you do that for us? For what budget? You can contact through private message of course.
