SSL info lost when saving site

I'm using latest 3.1p1 on CentOS7/nginx, and lately I noticed a weird bug: sometimes when I save a website with SSL enabled the https configuration is not written to webserver config file, so when I access the site I get a wrong certificate.
If I then edit the site again, disable ssl, save, edit once again, enable ssl, save, then the https portion of configuration is written correctly.
Has this happened to someone else too?
