I renewed the SSL for a git server, which is placed within a container. After the renewal, I am seeing issues with the loading of the primary domain, while also the SSL is not working. On the positive front, the sub-domain has retained its functionality. The domain in question is ammahub.com and the sub-domain is idea.ammahub.com. If you have any suggestions on this front to fix this issue, please share.
So this is on a server not runnin ISPConfig since you posted on LInxu forum? See what web server logs say at the time the problem appears.
