I am running CentOS 5.3 with ISPConfig 3. I get this error "Start module is not within modules." when trying to add a user. What is missing? What do we need to do?

Do not add users manually! Add a client instead, the user for this client is created automatically then.

I am getting this error randomly with ISPConfig 3.0.1.4 running on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty.

My solution is adding the new user through "Client -> Add Client" instead of "System -> Add User". Afterwards, just edit the new user to get what you originally wanted.
