Stop ClamAV

Hi All!
I have a problem with spam.
I need stop ClamAV, because it 's make high the used on CPU.
I have 600 emails in mailq and my postfix is stoping now.
How can i stop ClamAV for that my postfix send these emails?

This is a big problem.
My idea is to stop the antivirus and antispam, then deliver mails that are in the queue and stabilize the service.
How can I prevent that emails passes for clamAV?

 

Already solved.

1- Restart in recovery mode (Ubuntu)
2- Move queve to other path
3- Reconfigure clamav to run as clamd (by Till)

5- Restart in normal mode.
