I have to do all these steps to add a new domain.com to the server and the client have to add new name server to run? I see it this complicated for a client isn't there any way that a dns1.server.com dns2.server.com serve for all domains?
Yes, thats the way you set this up normally. A dns server can serve thousands of domains, so you would not add a new one for every domain of course.
