    Greetings all,

Disregard this post....I found the solution in another post here!

I'm hoping that this will be an easy question.

I have set up my client and website in ISPConfig 3. This was fairly easy.

Now I would like to setup ftp and shell access for that client on the new domain.

There is a box labeled [CLIENTID] on both the ftp and shell page in ISPConfig 3.

I have entered the clients name (Sam Example), the one I used to setup the client, and after I save the info the client name is save as Sam Example Sam Example on the ftp page...I have yet to try the shell access page.

I have tried to leave the [CLIENTID] box empty so the ftp is the same as the client name for the website but the ftp page will not save with an empty box....

What am I missing? Please tell me that I wont need 3 different user names to access a single website...

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Will Banks
