Seems as if a language file is missing or the language file set that you use does not contain all translated strings. Use the merge function of the language editor to fix your language file set. The errrs from the log file mean that the mysql database was not reachable at that moment and that your /etc/apt/sources.list conatins some outdated Debian/Ubuntu repositories.
