Hi folks, I want to know if it is possible to create customers with a subdomain as their main domain. E.g. David orders package #1 and chooses "burgers.hostingcompany.com" as his domain name on the billing page and gets his hosting instant without ISP3 registering a new domain, but just creating a new dns record. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks in advance!
So it is the work of the billing panel (boxbilling)? It is registering a subdomain for him on ispconfig and thats it? How about the subdomain records, do I need to add them to hostingcompany.com or just to the users his account?
That's how ISPConfig works. I don't use Boxbilling, so I can't tell you if their software supports all functions of ISPConfig. You should contact the Boxbilling support if you have questions about their product.
