Subdomain created instead of subdomain.website.com it becomes subdomain.www.website.com. Hi how to fix it? If I rename or edit my website domain www.website.com to website.com? To make a correct subdomain name. Is there's a future problem if I edit it again? thanks
You have to rename the domain of the website to website.com, a www. prefix should not be set in the website domain field.
thanks Sir till. then where could I find my ftp folder of my subdomain? I tried to create subdomain and when I click FTP in ispconfig my subdomain not appear only the main website.
A subdomain is an alias of the main website, so it does not has it's own folder. If you want to have a new website with own FTP users, then delete the subdomain and create a new website where you enter sub.domain.tld in the domain field.
thanks I had install wordpress in my subdomain but the index page which include the font turn to small. I had check the view source all are script like image in http but my subdomain is in https. my main domain is in https too. btw I'm using cloudflare. How can I fix it. thanks
I already solved the problem I just install Cloudflare Felxible SSL plugin to enable cloudflare SSL in wordpress.
