Hi, I have done my reading around but am struggling to accomplish my goal in setting up sub domains within my ISPconfig 3 server. I am running a home server with a dynamic IP so am also trying to incorporate dyndns into the set up to.

My goal is to be able to create sub domains within my ISP config server.

My set up is as below.

    -mydomain.com registered at 123-reg
-www C name pointing at my-dynamicdns.com
-Added via dns wizard to ISP config, this DNS zone points to 123-reg name servers.

    I can access www.mymaindomain.com fine.

Now I have made a subdomain as a website in ISPConfig sub.mydomain.com

Can anyone advise what changes I must make in ISPconfig or 123-reg in order to make sub.mydomain.com accessible? I have tried many combinations but seem to be stuck.

    Thanks,

Problem solved by creating A name records for each sub domain in 123-reg points to the ISPconfig 3 ip.
