I am using Digital Ocean hosting and followed the perfect server tutorial http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-wheezy-nginx-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3 I add the IP address to ISPconfig and then sites with that IP address. I add subdomain as a new website, so I can have its own home folder, but it seems it is showing the same files as the main domain, although the new subdomain home folder does get created. When updating that subdomain home folder, the subdomain does not recognize that. What to do?
