    Hi,

We have a setup 20 email accounts on ispconfig under one domain name.

When i setup the email account in outlook the only folder created is the inbox.
If i right click on this folder and go to IMAP folders/subscribe it still only shows the 1 folder "inbox"

Now if i go to the web based email on ispconfig ( we use roudcube) and just log in. Thats it. All the correct folders are there and works fine.

Then when i go back to outlook and click subscribe folders i see all the folders now. inbox , delete, draft, etc.

So for some reason going to the web based email enables the email account? This is a real pain as you can imagine. Any help to enable all the accounts would be helpful.

    Thank you

Thats all corrrect so far. The folders have to be created by the mail client, in your case outlook. Roundcube for example creates these folders automatically, thats why you see them after you logged into roundcube.

Thanks for the information. How do i make all the folders available without having to log in to the web based mail for each account?

Basically i want to be able to setup and email account in ispconfig then go to outlook and setup the account and all the folders will be there.

    Thank you
